Full description
Chamomile is one of the few plants that needs no explanation. Dried flowers, no caffeine, no sugar, no flavouring — and that is the entire ingredient list.
How to use
Boiling water, one to two teaspoons, covered for ten minutes. It can be drunk warm or cold; honey and lemon are up to you, but they are not needed for it to work.
Where it is useful
In the evening, after meals, and when your head hurts.
