Who processes your data

The shop you buy from (the seller) receives the data it needs to fulfil and deliver its parcel and issue the receipt.

What data we collect

When you order: name, email, phone, delivery address and note. We use it only to fulfil your order, deliver the parcel and reply to your enquiries.

When you review a product: full name, email, rating and text. A review is published only after a check; a published review publicly shows your full name, rating, text and date. Your email is never published and is used only to contact you about the review, if needed, and to prevent abuse. A review does not mean the product was bought from us.

When you search the site: we record the text of the search and its time, without your IP address, cookies or any other data that would link the search to you. We use it to improve search and our range. Please do not enter personal data in the search box.

When you explicitly ask the Naša Kuća ChatGPT plugin to send an inquiry, your name and email are required; phone, date, time, party size and message are optional. We forward these details to the organization whose listing you selected so it can reply. Sending an inquiry is not a reservation or an order.

Legal basis and retention

Orders: performance of a contract and legal obligations (accounting); order data is kept for as long as the law requires.

Reviews: we publish them at your request, which you make by submitting the review. A published review stays while the product exists in our catalogue or until you ask us to delete it; a rejected review is deleted after 90 days.

Search: our interest in improving search and our range; records are deleted after 13 months.

Inquiries sent through the ChatGPT plugin: Naša Kuća and the organization receiving the inquiry keep the data for 30 days, then delete them.

Recipients

The shop whose parcel you receive (name, phone, delivery address, note and the products in its parcel; not data about other shops' parcels), the courier (only the data needed for delivery) and our email service provider for sending confirmations.

Partner ads (Naša Kuća Everywhere)

Our products are also shown on partner websites, always labelled as an "Ad". When you click such an ad, we record the ad placement, the product, the time of the click and a hashed (irreversibly transformed) record of your network address, used only to prevent abuse and deleted after 30 days. If you add that product to your cart and order it within 7 days of the click, the partner earns a commission on that item. The partner does not receive your name, contact details or address, only aggregated figures and the commission amount. We do not use cookies for this and do not track your activity on other websites. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in calculating partner commissions correctly and preventing fraud.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data (including reviews), and to object, in line with applicable regulations. Send requests to info@nasakuca.org from the email address you used.

Customer accounts and service appointments

We process your name and email for your account. A single-use sign-in link expires after 15 minutes. An essential cookie keeps you signed in for up to 7 days; signing out ends the session. Sign-in and appointment messages are removed from the sending queue after 30 days.

For appointments we store your chosen service, provider, professional, time, price and status. The provider receives your name and booking details necessary to deliver the service. Updates are sent by email and shown in your account. Appointment records are deleted two years after the appointment. Account details remain while the account is active or until you request deletion, subject to legal recordkeeping obligations.
