Naša Kuća and the shops
Naša Kuća is an online platform where local shops and producers sell their products. Contact: info@nasakuca.org.
The seller is the shop shown with each product ("Sold and shipped by"), in your cart and on the order confirmation. You conclude the sales contract with that shop, and it is responsible for the product, its delivery and the receipt. Naša Kuća is an intermediary: it runs the platform, receives and forwards orders, checks the shops and helps you communicate with them. When the seller is the shop "Naša Kuća", the seller is Naša Kuća.
Order and contract
One order can contain products from several shops. Each shop gets a separate parcel with its own number (e.g. NK-2026-001001-01), its own delivery fee and its own amount to pay. You see all of this before you confirm the order.
An order sent through the site is an offer by the customer. The contract with a shop is formed when that shop confirms its part of the order, which we tell you by email. If one shop cancels its parcel, the other parcels in the same order remain valid. Prices are in convertible marks (KM).
Payment and delivery
Payment is cash on delivery, separately for each parcel, when you receive it. Each shop sends its own parcel and charges its own delivery. See Payment and Delivery.
Returns and complaints
You can withdraw from a purchase without giving a reason within 15 days of receiving the product, and you can file a complaint about a defective product without further conditions. Send your requests to Naša Kuća; we forward them to the shop and follow them until they are resolved. The procedure, time limits and exceptions are set out on the Returns page.
These terms do not limit your statutory consumer rights under the Consumer Protection Law of Bosnia and Herzegovina and other applicable regulations.
Checked shops
The "verified producer" label means that Naša Kuća has checked the shop's identity. It is not a guarantee of product properties: the seller is responsible for the product.
ChatGPT plugin
The Naša Kuća plugin displays public catalogue information and links to the listing page. It does not complete purchases, take payment or confirm availability, reservations or registrations. If you ask it to send an inquiry, the details you provide are forwarded to the organization whose listing you selected. An inquiry is not a reservation or an order.
Changes to these terms
Naša Kuća may change these terms. Each order is governed by the terms published at the time of the order.
Service appointments
Automatic bookings are confirmed immediately. With manual confirmation, the provider must accept within 24 hours and before the appointment starts; otherwise the request is cancelled automatically. Check your account for the current status. You may hold up to 5 future active appointments. Cancel an unwanted appointment in your account before its start.
Your selected business delivers the service. The displayed price and duration are saved with the appointment. Booking an appointment does not itself charge you online. Contact the provider about special requests or changes after the appointment starts.
