Delivery

We deliver within Bosnia and Herzegovina only.

Each shop sends its own parcel

Products are sent by the shop that sells them. If you order from several shops, you receive several parcels: they may arrive on different days, and delivery is charged separately for each shop. You see the number of parcels, the delivery fee and the estimated delivery time for each shop in your cart, before you confirm the order.

Price and timing

Shops without their own rates use the Naša Kuća default rate:

• Delivery: 10.00 KM. The same delivery fee applies to every order.
• Expected delivery time: 2–4 working days after order confirmation.

If a shop has its own rate, it is shown on the product page and in your cart.

How delivery works

Save the order number shown on the confirmation page; each parcel has its own number. When a shop sends your parcel you receive an email, and the courier will contact you before delivery on the phone number you gave us.

Please check each parcel on receipt. Payment is made to the courier, separately for each parcel (see Payment).
