How can I pay for my order?

Payment is by cash on delivery only. If you order from several shops, each shop sends its own parcel and you pay for each one separately, to the courier who delivers it; you see the amount for each parcel before you confirm the order.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is available within Bosnia and Herzegovina only. Delivery: 10.00 KM. The same delivery fee applies to every order.

How long does delivery take?

Expected delivery time: 2–4 working days after order confirmation.

Do you deliver outside Bosnia and Herzegovina?

For now we deliver only within Bosnia and Herzegovina.

How do you choose products and producers?

Every producer goes through our selection based on quality of craftsmanship, authenticity and transparent origin.

How can I check my order?

Save the order number shown after checkout. For questions, email info@nasakuca.org or call the number on our Contact page.

Can I return a product?

Yes. You can withdraw from a purchase without giving a reason within 15 days of receiving it. Send your request to Naša Kuća and we forward it to the shop you bought from. You pay the cost of sending it back, unless the product is damaged or defective. Food and cosmetics cannot be returned once opened. See the Returns page for details.

What if my product arrives damaged or defective?

Check the parcel on receipt, take a photo and contact us the same day. We will replace the product or refund you, at no cost to you. We reply to complaints within 8 days.
