The name of this tea is enough to say that it does not claim to treat hormonal conditions. It is a blend of dried herbs drunk for its taste and ritual, and it is caffeine-free — which means there is no reason not to drink it in the evening.
How to use
Boiling water, one to two teaspoons, ten minutes. One cup a day or as needed.
