Full description
Menthol works quickly and in two places at once: it eases digestion and gives that sensation of cold air in the nose, which is the only reason anyone orders it in the middle of January.
How to use
Boiling water, one to two teaspoons, five to seven minutes. Caffeine-free, so it works in the evening.
Where it is useful
After meals, when something sits too heavily, and for headaches. It can also go on the head as a compress — cold, briefly.
