This is the oil you reach for when the room is too humid. Twenty percent pure conifer essential oils — white and black pine, fir and spruce — do the part aromatherapy can do, and the rest is ordinary massage and the warmth of palms.
How to use
A small amount on the skin and circular movements. It works best on the chest and back, after a long day or physical work.
