Full description
Dark Honey is creamed forest honey blended with bee bread and propolis. The result is a thick, dark cream with an intense, slightly smoky flavour — deliberately different from everyday honey.
Composition
98% creamed forest honey, 1% bee bread, 1% propolis. No added sugar, colour or flavour.
How to use it
It is best with mature cheeses, walnuts and dark bread. It can go into yoghurt, but some of the intensity is lost. Its thickness makes it easy to spread.
