Wildflower honey with a colour and taste that follow the season. An everyday honey for the table and tea.
Wildflower honey has no single plant behind its aroma — it comes from the nectar of many flowers, so colour and taste shift with each pasture. It is never exactly the same, and that is the point.
It is mild and rounded, with a floral note and a touch of acidity. In the beeJapa range it is the honey most likely to end up on the table with bread, butter and morning coffee.
It works in tea, over pancakes and in yoghurt. Being milder than chestnut and forest honey, it does not overpower other ingredients.
Available in 150 g, 250 g, 350 g, 450 g, 900 g (wooden lid) and 900 g (jute). The price shown is for 150 g.
