Black cumin (nigella) has small, dark seeds with a sharp, slightly peppery taste. In honey they stay crunchy and give it a depth that works well with yoghurt and cheese.
Composition
87% honey, 13% black cumin seed.
How to use it
A spoon in yoghurt, over cheese or with bread. Because the taste is pronounced, a small amount is enough.
