Choco Honey is a thick blend of honey, dark chocolate and ginger. The chocolate adds bitterness and depth, the ginger freshness, and the honey sweetness — enough to replace a spread without extra sugar.
Composition
73% honey, 22% chocolate, 5% ginger.
How to use it
Over pancakes, on a slice of bread or by the spoon with coffee. It does not need heating to spread — room temperature is enough.
