This is not a product for the general public. The brand notes that since 2023 it has met only a few people who wanted it hotter still — the rest of the batch deliberately stays at full strength, because nobody else is going to try it for you.
Drop by drop, on meat that has already come off the heat, and on a slice that has been taken off the fire. Used during cooking, the heat is absorbed into the dish and only the good chilli flavour is left.
This is not a product to experiment with. The range has two milder bottles with the same base.
A 100 ml glass bottle. No artificial colours, aromas or thickeners; apart from chillies, vegetables and herbs, only vinegar, salt and honey. If liquid separates at the top, shake the bottle.
