Habanero hot sauce 100 ml

“Less is more”: red and chocolate habanero, carrot juice and cumin. The recipe with the fewest ingredients in the range.

Quantity1

Full description

This sauce follows a “less is more” rule: a simplified recipe with few ingredients, built to preserve what fresh habanero actually has — aroma, not only heat. Alongside red and chocolate habanero go carrot juice and cumin.

A note on the heat

Habanero is 2 out of 5 on the brand's scale, and that number describes the chillies rather than the finished sauce — there is less chilli in the sauce, so the real heat is lower. If you are buying habanero because it is habanero, this is the right choice.

It fits anywhere

A dip, a marinade for meat or fish, pizza, “mac & cheese”, soups and stews, burrito, quesadilla, enchilada, chilli con carne. Keep the bottle on the table, not in the fridge.

Detail

A 100 ml glass bottle. No artificial colours, aromas or thickeners; apart from chillies, vegetables and herbs, only vinegar, salt and honey. If liquid separates at the top, shake the bottle.

Podgradci: from one chilli to thirty varieties

A farm near Gradiška started in 2017 with one chilli and one sentence about how hot it really was. They now grow thirty varieties and have three bottles that differ by a single number.
