Đed Niko Original – hot sauce 100 ml

The middle of three levels of the same sauce. The base is identical to the mild version — tomato purée, red and white onion, and dried basil from their own growing — and the only difference is the amount of Carolina Reaper powder. That is what makes this bottle comparable to the mild one in a way no other pair of their sauces is: same remainder, same method, different heat.

Where it sits in the range

The three levels are mild, hot and extremely hot, and they cannot be picked separately — the box contains whichever was chosen. This is the middle one, and the only one the brand recommends as a starting point.

What it is for

Burgers and meat, and anything fried or grilled. With rice and cooked green beans it works as a sauce rather than a topping.

Detail

A 100 ml glass bottle. No artificial colours, aromas or thickeners; apart from chillies, vegetables and herbs, only vinegar, salt and honey. If liquid separates at the top, shake the bottle.
