Flower pollen is a bee product that bees collect from flowers and bring to the hive as small granules. The colour ranges from yellow to orange, depending on the pasture.
Taste and use
The granules are nutty, lightly sweet and slightly floral. They are easiest stirred into yoghurt, a smoothie or porridge; they can also be taken straight with water.
Important
Pollen is a known allergen. If you are sensitive to pollen, start with a small amount and watch for a reaction.
