Full description
This is a blend of honey, ground cinnamon and ginger. Cinnamon brings warmth, ginger a gentle sharpness, and the honey ties both into a thick, spiced paste.
Composition
85% honey, 10% cinnamon, 5% ginger.
How to use it
A spoon in warm water or tea, or over porridge. It is excellent with baked apples and pears.
