A Lemon Drop (Aji Limo) seedling — species Capsicum baccatum, 15,000 to 30,000 Scoville units, 2 out of 5 on the heat scale.
A yellow pepper that smells and tastes of lemon without any of the lemon's sourness. It is one of the components of the Inti sauce and of the Baniva blend.
How to grow it
Sow in spring, give the seedling light, fruit in late summer. Yellow peppers ripen more slowly than red ones, so patience is the only part of the process that cannot be hurried.
When it arrives
Seedlings are delivered in spring (the site states late April), Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
