Nettle in honey is a blend in which the tiny nettle seeds are barely felt on the tongue but give a gentle herbal bitterness. The honey stays sweet, with a green, grassy finish.
Composition
97% honey, 3% nettle seed.
How to use it
A spoon in yoghurt, over fresh cheese or in tea. It pairs well with mint and lemon.
