Offshore hot sauce 100 ml

Cayenne and habanero together, put through fermentation, with the aromas that fermentation draws out complemented by aronia juice and dried oregano from their own growing. Aronia is local and gives a dark, lightly fruity note that holds the whole bottle together.

Recommendation

With food off the grill, or with pizza. This is a sauce that goes on meat after it has left the grill, and if it ends up on the table after lunch, that is where it stays.

On the name

The name comes from the part of Podgradci called Šor, where chillies have been grown for years. The F on the label is shaped like Grand Cayman Island — a joke, but the name is a real place where chillies grow.

Detail

A 100 ml glass bottle. No artificial colours, aromas or thickeners; apart from chillies, vegetables and herbs, only vinegar, salt and honey. If liquid separates at the top, shake the bottle.
