Full description
Royal jelly is a thick, opaque creamy white-yellow substance that bees secrete to feed the queen. The taste is specific: slightly sour, a little sharp and milky.
Storage
Royal jelly is sensitive to heat and light. Keep it in the fridge in its original container and take it out with a clean spoon.
How to use it
It is usually taken in a small amount, on the tip of a knife or spoon, straight under the tongue or mixed into honey. Do not dissolve it in hot water.
