Full description
Turmeric gives the honey a deep yellow colour, an earthy taste and a gentle bitterness. The blend is thick and slightly grainy, as ground turmeric does not fully dissolve.
Composition
90% honey, 10% turmeric.
How to use it
A spoon in warm milk, yoghurt or a smoothie. Add a pinch of black pepper — turmeric and pepper are a common kitchen pair.
