A piece of honeycomb still full of honey, neither extracted nor filtered. Chew the wax, eat the honey.
This is honey in its original packaging: a piece of comb in which the bees left the honey. It has not been extracted, filtered or heated — the only thing done was to cut the comb and put it in a jar.
Take a piece of comb with a spoon, eat the honey and chew the wax like a natural chewing gum. The wax is not meant to be swallowed; when it loses its taste, take it out.
The colour of the comb depends on the honey and the season, ranging from pale yellow to darker shades. The taste is the same as honey from the comb, with the wax adding body.
240 g is the smallest jar; 1000 g is also available. The price shown is for 240 g.
