Linden honey is one of the lightest honeys: almost colourless, with a delicate aroma that recalls linden tea. The linden bloom is short — around 15 to 20 days, sometimes less — so every jar is a snapshot of that season.
Taste
It is very mild, with gentle floral sweetness and no pronounced bitterness. That makes it a good choice for people who want honey without honey becoming the main flavour.
Use
In tea, over fruit salads or with white cheese. Its light aroma does not change the taste of the drink.
